GhostCanoe is a Mac App designed to interact with Ghost blogging platforms. It allows users to manage their Ghost blogs efficiently through a desktop interface.
These terms are between you and Fantom, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App and its content.
GhostCanoe may offer in-app purchases. These are processed by Apple's App Store and subject to Apple's terms. Refunds and disputes for in-app purchases must be handled through Apple.
GhostCanoe interacts with Ghost APIs using keys provided by you. You are responsible for obtaining and safeguarding these keys. We are not liable for any issues arising from the use or misuse of your API keys.
You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and Ghost's terms of service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App are and will remain the exclusive property of GhostCanoe and its licensors.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
GhostCanoe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes via the App or email.
